scheduling multiple resources
ok - if they are in a mailbox, then the free/busy should be available, so
the only problem is making the organizer check the scheduling tab first.

calendar issue
So it is disappearing completely, as if its deleted. Is it ever on the
calendar, like right after you accept and until the next sync?

Outlook calendar invitation
I'm assuming you are using Exchange? is it configured to send RTF messages
as plain text? Does this happen to all meeting requests or just ones sent to
certain people?

How do I back up Outlook 2007 calendar
the calendar is stored in the pst - if you are backing it up, the calendar
(and contacts) are also backed up.

Can I Turn Off 'My Calendars' help-pane (2007)
You can't remove My calendars - you can minimize it (and the other calendar
sections). click on the little arrows to hide the calendars.

Automatic Formatting Appointments
Do the appointments have categories? Even if no color is assigned to a
category, if it has a category automatic formatting won't apply.

Many people say they see the appointments in table view - that is the same
view used for search so its logical that search would find them.

Outlook using Outlook connector
Close outlook. Go to control panel, mail. Click on data files and set the
msn acct as default. You can then remove the other one.

I rebuild systems fairly often and it takes me at least 6 hours to get a
system back up with just the necessary apps - windows, office and a few
others I must have, then weeks more to get...

Outlook Won't Come up
As he mentioned, he's using the outlook connector - it creates an ost named
for the user account.
I'd remove the account and reconfigure it.
