I perform training/orientation classes for my company. I'd like to send one
meeting request and offer up to three possible times for invitees to select from. This would send a reply to me with their selected time and add to their calendar as well as mine. It is somewhat cumbersome to create three separate meeting requests when this functionality should be and probably already is in Outlook, even if it is an addon. I've seen this question posted several other places on the web which leads me to ask; if this isn't an option might it ever be? |

Diane, thanks for the reply. This option seems almost as cumbersome as just
creating three different meeting invitations. I was hoping that Outlook already had this functionality built in that I had just overlooked without trying a complicated work around, etc. Thanks again though! "Diane Poremsky {MVP}" wrote: Sure. Well, it should be as cumbersome as creating three meeting requests - that's
exactly what you do. The only difference is that you send them in one message, not as 3 separate requests. It's really not complicated though. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
