Missing Appointments

I can only see 2 months back of calendar appointments - how do I adjust so
that I can always see at least 1 year of trailing appointments?

Strange you should say that because Apple says it is an OUTLOOK issue! Which
is why I asked the question on this forum in the first place. I guess it is

How to sync a 'distribution list' group into an iPhone?

I just bought an iPhone and it won't sync my distribution list groups? It
will sync individual contacts but not the 'groups'! Any help would be
appreciated.

how do I search for duplicate contacts in different folders?

Do an advanced search in Microsoft Outlook. look for contacts in personal
folders (or whatever the top level folder is) leave the "search for word"
thingy blank. that should show up a list of all...

I've had the same problem with my wife's computer. Vista Ultimate, Office
2007. Worked fine - reformatted and reinstalled all programs a week ago.
