import export wizard is unavailable
My import export feature in Outlook 2003 does not open. Can't back-up my
contact list. Any suggestions?

import export wizard is unavailable
Ignoring the fact that import/export is not the way to backup contacts (find
your pst and copy it to make a backup), what happens when you try to use the import/export command? How did you get outlook (as part of the office suite, standalone, downloaded etc) ?
