Default Outlook 2003 and Outlook Connector loses control

Don't know what else to title this. Back in April I was informed by Tech
support that in order to continue to use Outlook 2003 with my MSN and Hotmail
accounts I needed Outlook connector. So, I installed it. Ever since, I lose
control of the cursor every minute or so for 8 to 10 seconds. I tried every
thing I could think of. Finally paid over $80 to a online support service I
found through MS called Omnitech. They spent well over 60 hours of online
time working on the issue to no avail. Finally I completely wiped out my hard
drive, reformatted and rreinstalled a clean copy of Windows XP, and all my
programs. Guess what, as soon as I installed Outlook Connector the issue is
back. So don't tell me that that is not tie problem.

I have tweaked the settings for send/receive, tried the "fix" option in
tools, ran spywear scans. I can't beleive that I am the only person in the
free world experiencing this issue. Any suggestions will be greatly
appreciated.

This won't fix the issue with the Outlook Connector, it will let you get
your Hotmail without it:
