In Outlook 2007

How do I make adjustments so that when I print out my calendar my entries
for each day are not cut off?

you can make the text smaller but it won't help much - the calendar printing
assistant or other tool will do a better job - see
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp for links. If the
calendar printing assistant doesn't meet your needs, try the word templates.

I have this same problem with Outlook 2007.

We recently upgraded from 2003.
In 2003, I used to print the Weekly calendar, and it never cut the
Appointment subject line and Location information. But now in 2007 it does.
It's a step backward.

I edited the Printing style to remove the Notes area, but if there are
multiple appointments in the same slot, then it still does this.

Unfortunately, Outlook 2007's printing features are not what many people
expect them to be. The upcoming SP2 will address some of them, but most
people wind up using the Outlook Calendar Printing Assistant (available from
Microsoft) or another tool, some of which you can find he
