How to sync a 'distribution list' group into an iPhone?

Strange you should say that because Apple says it is an OUTLOOK issue! Which is why I asked the question on this forum in the first place. I guess it is easier to blame someone else versus solving the problem, which is what seems to be happening, a catch 22 conundrum. The Apple person said they know nothing about OUTLOOK but if it were a Mac I guess they'd know. Is there someone that knows OUTLOOK that can answer my question instead of telling me to ask it somewhere else?
