you can make the text smaller but it won't help much - the calendar printing
assistant or other tool will do a better job - see http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp for links. If the calendar printing assistant doesn't meet your needs, try the word templates. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com. I have this same problem with Outlook 2007.
We recently upgraded from 2003. In 2003, I used to print the Weekly calendar, and it never cut the Appointment subject line and Location information. But now in 2007 it does. It's a step backward. I edited the Printing style to remove the Notes area, but if there are multiple appointments in the same slot, then it still does this. |

Unfortunately, Outlook 2007's printing features are not what many people expect them to be. The upcoming SP2 will address some of them, but most people wind up using the Outlook Calendar Printing Assistant (available from Microsoft) or another tool, some of which you can find he http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
