Cache in Outlook (capacity/duration)
If you're referring to the autosuggest cache (e-mail addresses) then as
I recall the limit is 1000.

Rules - how to use wildcard for email?
Create your rule to move messages with certain words in the sender's
address then just specify the domain name without any wildcard or the
"@" sign.

Rules - how to use wildcard for email?
What version of Outlook are you using? If you just do a search for that
string in the FROM field or perhaps Internet Header you might get the
results you're looking for.

Meeting Room mailboxes.
Well, whatever. All of my clients who have Exchange 2003 servers where
they've set up conference room mailboxes for scheduling refer to them as
exactly that - conference room or meeting room...

Nope, you can create mailboxes for resources in older versions of
Exchange as well - in fact that would be the preferred way to create a
resource you can automatically schedule with Outlook and...

Outlook E-mail not being sent immediately
Diane is absolutely right - under normal circumstances e-mail sent
through your Exchange server should be sent immediately. We just need
to get to the bottom of why it's not.
