Hi, I'm trying to set up meeting room mailboxes for several in house meeting
rooms. What's slightly confusing me is after creating a room mailbox, how you take things further so the room can be included in a medeting request as a available resource. So far the box has been created and when you add the room to the list of invites, there is nothing in the rooms calendar apart from the hashed out "unknown" is this a free / busy setting or do i need to configure something further in exchange? TIA |
