What version of Outlook are you using? If you just do a search for that
string in the FROM field or perhaps Internet Header you might get the results you're looking for. -- -Ben- Ben M. Create your rule to move messages with certain words in the sender's
address then just specify the domain name without any wildcard or the "@" sign. -- -Ben- Ben M. What is the rule that you currently have defined? If including the "@" sign triggers the wizard to require a username, what happens when you omit the "@" (as Ben mentioned)? |

Use the "with specific words in the sender's address" condition and specify "abc.com.sg" as trhe specific words. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
