I am running BCM/Outlook 2007 on Vista. My boss and I have shared calendars
that are published via the internet. Despite the fact that I have the auto-archiving for the calendars set to only archive items 24 months or older, when I scroll back through the calendars all events 2 months old and older are completely gone - the calendars are totally blank. How do I stop that from happening? We need to go back 6 or 9 months to look at our calendars...I'm hoping I don't have to pull up an archived calendar everytime we need to do that. Christine |

Maybe the boss's computer is archiving them?

Are you syncing with a handheld device? That's the most frequent cause,
along with autoarchiving. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
