Outlook keeps all its folders (Inbox, Outbox, Calendar, Tasks, Contacts, etc.) in a single file callthe the Personal Folders file or PST. You've found the PST, according to your second post. Make sure you transfer it correctly. With Outlook closed, move the PST to the drive and folder where you want it to reside. Then start Outlook. It will complain that it can't find the folders and present a browser window. Browse to the new location of the file, select it, and click OK. Outlook should finish opening and you should have everything back as it was. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
