I just installed Outlook 2003. When I try to open it, it gives me the
following error and closes: "Unable to open your default e-mail folders. Outlook could not start because a data file to send and receive mail could not be found. To add a data file, such as a personal folder file, double-click the Mail icon in Wondows Control Panel." When I try to add such a data file, it doesn't give me the option to select the "types of storage" - thus I cannt add a new data file. Is there anyone out there that could possibly help me? I am trying to have a working Outlook program so that I might back up a malfunctioning iPhone that needs to be replaced - I don't want to lose over 400 contacts and my calendar info.. Please help... |
