PST file problem after migrating data to R2 64 bit Platform
Dear All,
We moved our data from our standalone Windows Server 2003 file server to a clustered 64 bit R2 platform. Everything is ok related to files and folders. Security is fine with all the files and folders. But when we try to configure the PST files on Outlook 2003 which are located on the shared folders, it gives access denied. Can somone help please.. We have checked all the security...... Its full control.. One thing is strange that if we move those PST files from the 64 BIT R2 server to the local hard disk of the windows XP 32 bit it works fine.... -- Haroon Malik

FWIW, Microsoft does not support the use of PST files across LAN/WAN links.
