We have just upgrade to Outlook 2003 SP2. If I try to create a a new
data file (or archive) my only choice is Outlook 97-2002 Personal Folders File (.pst). We cannot figure out why the Office Outlook Personal Folders File (.pst) option is no longer there. It was there in the OUtlook 2003 SP1 version we had installed. Anyone ever come up against this problem? |
