I am also using Outlook 2007 with the printing assistant and have the same
question. I didn't see any place on the assistant to associate the
categories with colors (or to use the colors already chosen in Categories.)
I hope Microsoft fixes this soon or someone else has a solution!

After furious head scratching, tracy asked:
