What version of Outlook are you using? Did you download and install the Calendar Printing Assistant if Outlook 2007?

After furious head scratching, tracy asked:

| I like to have a hard copy of my calendar, a week per page so that
| the kids can see their schedule. Each child has their own color
| category and all their activities are highlighted in their color.
| When it prints, it prints in black and white. I know it is not my
| printer because their are other areas of color on the page, but not
| the activities or "appointments". Do you know why or how to get the
