At my office, for some reason that we cannot resolve I am being unsuccessful
in creating a mailmerge from the Outlook public folder (on the server), or export from the public folder to an Excel file, and I won't waste your time with the various problems. What I am aiming to do now is to copy contacts from the public (Exchange) folder to my personal Contacts folder, but the difficulty I am having is in selecting by category. Even if I filter out the view to the category I want, I end up with the whole lot. I am trying to avoid importing thousands of records when I only want about a hundred. Is there a simple way to achieve this? I hope all the above is comprehensible - if not please ask. Thanks Fat Doris |
