i just got a new cell phone, the shadow, and when i plugged it in to sync my
outlook contacts a window popped up that said certain contacts could not be syncronized. I clicked on OK and all the contacts that weren't synced were gone from outlook and I can't find them. |

Did the sync program move them to the Deleted Items folder?

You do make regular Outlook backups, correct? -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |

Recreate them from scratch. Changes made by syncing are permanent. You
should never attempt syncing without performing regular backups of your data. You shouldn't even use a computer without doing regular backups unless you have no use for your data. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Fadi" wrote in message ... i have the same problem , and i don't have backup, what i can do now?
