I lost my outlook contacts while syncing with cell phone
i just got a new cell phone, the shadow, and when i plugged it in to sync my
outlook contacts a window popped up that said certain contacts could not be syncronized. I clicked on OK and all the contacts that weren't synced were gone from outlook and I can't find them.

Did the sync program move them to the Deleted Items folder?

Recreate them from scratch. Changes made by syncing are permanent. You
should never attempt syncing without performing regular backups of your data.
