I lost my outlook contacts while syncing with cell phone
 

i just got a new cell phone, the shadow, and when i plugged it in to sync my
outlook contacts a window popped up that said certain contacts could not be
syncronized. I clicked on OK and all the contacts that weren't synced were
gone from outlook and I can't find them.

Did the sync program move them to the Deleted Items folder?

Restore them from the most recent backup you've made. You do make regular
Outlook backups, correct?

Restore them from the most recent backup you've made. You do make regular
Outlook backups, correct?

Recreate them from scratch. Changes made by syncing are permanent. You
should never attempt syncing without performing regular backups of your
data. You shouldn't even use a computer without doing regular backups unless
you have no use for your data.
