I have a user that when she creates a new contact and clicks the Save & Close
button a message saying that the contact already exists appears. The problem is she might be saving a new contact with the name John Smith and the message says it is a duplicate of Mary Jones. We have determined that what the systems says is a duplicate is the last contact created. She can bypass by saying to create a new contact anyway. Can someone advise us on how to stop the message. I have spent time searching this site for a similar problem, but can not find any. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. |
