I have an established distribution list in Outlook. Most of the name were
added from existing contacts. I found that I can also add names on the fly by just clicking "add new". This allows me to add the name and email address but nothing else. How do I get these names into my contact list? i notice that the icon in the left column for these names is different than the icon for the names that are already in contacts. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
