For a mail merge, can I sort by category using Outlook contacts?
I want to mail merge in Publisher using a category within my contacts in
Outlook, but I can’t sort them by category. The field is not even listed. How can I fix this? I know I could divide them into folders, but that would make navigating my contacts more difficult. The category system really works the best, it just needs to be able to merge properly and it’d be perfect.
