Unable to import contacts pst file
A friend has exported his contacts from OL as a pst file and emailed them to
me. When I attempt to import them into my OL is gives an error that I do not have permission and to contact my administrator. My friend uses OL on XP and I use OL 2000 on 98SE Can anyone help with this or can I convert the pst to CSV file and import. I do not know how to access the pst file to create a CSV file. Rob
