Default where is "account properties" for a new email address?

Outlook 2007. Have a new email address (GoDaddy domain) and want to add it.
It added fine on my laptop (Vista) but won't work on my desktop (XP Pro).
Tells me to check "account properties". Where is that???

Thank you, but that is where I was... I have three other email addresses and
they all work fine. I added this fourth one, used the exact same settings as
the others, but it won't go.

The difference is that the first three are to Earthlink (my ISP) addresses.
The new one is to a personal domain. I presumed (incorrectly?) that, since
it still has to go through Earthlink, the setting would be the same... Is
that not right?
