I have searched everywhere looking for an answer as to why I can't send a
resized image from Windows Photo Gallery (WPG) and other applications, but
everything I have tried has not fixed the problem. In WPG I select the
photo, the email menu option, select the file size, and click Attach. A
dialog box appears briefly saying "Preparing to Send" and then nothing takes
place. I sure would like to get this fixed so that I can easily create and
send smaller images using Outlook.

o I have run the repair option in Outlook 2003
o I have made sure that Microsoft Office Outlook is the default application
for any email messages.
o The WPG function works fine with Windows Mail as the default email program.
