Diane, Here is the situation. I have been upgrading my users computers to Windows XP Service Pack 3 and Microsoft Office 2003 (from Microsoft Office XP). We are currently using Windows 2000 Small Business Server (including Microsoft Exchange 2000). Computer 1: Installed SP3 only. Installed updates to Windows. User can no longer view HTML messages in Outlook XP. Computer 2: Installed SP3. Installed Office 2003. Installed updates to Windows and Office. User can no longer view HTML messages in Outlook 2003. NOTE: If I logon to computer 2 I can view the messages as HTML. Computer 3: Formatted an existing computer and reinstalled Windows XP Professional. DID NOT INSTALL SP3. Installed Office 2003. Installed updates to Windows and Office. If I logon to this computer, I can view HTML messages. If the user from Computer 2 logs onto this computer she can NOT view HTML. So now I'm not so sure that it is an issue with SP3, but with the users profile on the network. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance! Somehow, Outlook is working fine now. I'm wondering if Microsoft sent out a patch for this because I've seen a lot of this same problem in other groups. Thank you for your help!
