Default Using Outlook 2002 with imap configuration?

I am using Outlook 2002 on my system with my mail service being AOL. After
installing software, I cannot get the send and receive button to work in
Outlook. Every time I press the button, a message "operation failed" is
displayed. I'm not sure what I overlooking in the configuration. Any
suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks.
