Is there a way to make a resource show as a resource by default? In other
words, so that when added to an appointment, it is a resource by default and not a regular attendee. Our users keep forgetting to schedule conference rooms as resources, so they do not get booked properly. Outlook 2003. Thanks |

That's a feature that OUtlook 2007 + Exchange 2007 will have. Third-party tools can help work around that issue for earlier versions; see http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/sk...urce.htm#tools

How can I modify the account not to accept mail from anyone? This is one of
the work arounds so that an error message is generated if someone forgets to deignate as a resource. However, I could not see ow to do it.
