When you create a meeting and add a resource as an attendee, Outlook defaults
the attendee as a "Require attendee" with a moroon umbrella as the symbol. Am I missing a method or a setting that would cause Outlook to resolve the Resource as a "Resource (Room or Equipment)" with the Green House as a symbol? It seems rather odd that outlook cannot tell that I am adding a conference room and that it should be treated as a Resource. Please tell me I am missing something! Thank you, Chris |
