I have outlook installed on all users PCs each with one Exchange account and
one POP3 account. Therefore (I assume) the "Mailbox" folders are created in association with Exchange and the "Personal Folders" are created in association with the pst file related to the POP3 account. First, must it be this way or do I have some choice in how this is configured? Specifically, most users want all e-mail coming into one Inbox. Is there a way that I can have the POP3 messages come into the Exchange Inbox and get rid of the Personal Folders? Thanks much for any and all advice with this. David |
