Messages are removed from inbox when new messages are received.
We are using a Microsoft Exchange Server. When a new message is received in
Outlook 2003 on the PC the previous message is remove from the Inbox.

Messages are removed from inbox when new messages are received.
Probably a view setting set to only show unread messages with previewed
messages marked read after xx seconds. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.
