I am trying to install the personal folders backup add-in.
Ok here we go again...
I'm trying to install the Outlook 2003 .pst backup utility. I get a message that it's already installed when it clearly isn't. I tried to remove it and I get a message directing me to remove the "old" pst backup utility using add/remove programs. Surprise surprise - it's not listed. Why oh why does Microsoft allow glitches like this to persist for years??!! AAArrrrrgh!! It's not installed on this user's machine!!! Help!! (please don't "dumb down" replies) Frank Boyle VERY frustrated systems administrator
