OUTLOOK 2003: creating and saving an outlook template
I am a new user of Outlook 2003. I want to create a "reply message template".
I have followed the instructions in the help pages and got as far as " In the Save As dialog box, in the Save As Type list, click Outlook Template" and discoivered I did not have the option in the drop down box to save the template as an outlook file. Can someone help me resolve this. Much appreciated Sue

you are using word as the editor - try Actions, New mail using Outlook
