I am a new user of Outlook 2003. I want to create a "reply message template".
I have followed the instructions in the help pages and got as far as " In the Save As dialog box, in the Save As Type list, click Outlook Template" and discoivered I did not have the option in the drop down box to save the template as an outlook file. Can someone help me resolve this. Much appreciated Sue |
