Default OUTLOOK 2003: creating and saving an outlook template

you are using word as the editor - try Actions, New mail using Outlook
(should be 2nd or 3rd on the list and have your default format in
parenthesis)

I am a new user of Outlook 2003. I want to create a "reply message
template".
I have followed the instructions in the help pages and got as far as " In
the
Save As dialog box, in the Save As Type list, click Outlook Template" and
discoivered I did not have the option in the drop down box to save the
template as an outlook file. Can someone help me resolve this. Much
appreciated

Sue
