Default Outlook 2007 - email

When I send email from outlook 2007 it alway stays in the outbox. How can I
get it delivered?

What type of email account? If you press F9, does it send? Do you get any
errors?

I have tried both aol and . In either case the mail stacks up in the out box. F( does not work either
