Outlook 2003 shortcuts do not work
I have created Outlook shortcuts from the Outlook icon under StartAll
ProgramsMicrosoft OfficeOutlook 2003 and outlook.exe found in Program Files. When these shortcuts are on the desktop and I click on them, they turn gray and nothing happens. Clicking on the icons that the shortcuts were created from Outlook opens just fine. Will a reinstall fix this problem or is something else wrong? Thanks...
