Do not be fooled ZA will not stop viruses as it will not stop all malware\spyware either. No single security program will ever find all virus\malware\Spyware out there.. You need to run multiple Anti Virus checks along with Malware and Spyware there is many that are online and work..

Since there is not yet a standard set for spyware detection as there is for
viruses, I would recommend that you use the Trend Micro online virus scan in
addition to the antivirus you're already using. I would also recommend that
you download and install two antispyware apps and run them since I've seen
them pick up viruses that antispyware doesn't. Just to make sure.

What makes you think this is a virus problem?
However I have run 2 different Virus scans, both in the deep mode. I also
have two spyware programs and have run those. Nothing comes up. BTW I ran a
deep scan for
Viruses while in the 'safe mode'. Still nothing showed up.
Do you really think this is a virus problem?

It's the MAPI start page deleted message that leads me to think the problem
is potentially a virus though that's not necessarily so. I've never seen
Event 29 for Outlook.exe.
Have you tried recreating your Outlook profile to see if the issue is
profile-based or PST-based?
