Create a new PST, make it your delivery location, then transfer all the data in the old PST, except for what's in the Outbox, of course, to the new PST. My faulty account has started working again now, so I am not able to test. However my btinternet account does seem to be getting faulty rather a lot on the SMTP send side, so if the problem occurs again I will give it a try. |

They're still in the Outbox, though, and that's why creating a new PST (with a brand new, empty Outbox) and making it your delivery location is guaranteed to work. -- Brian Tillman |
