Updating a Distribution List with a changed email address
When someone changes their Email address I change the Contact
information but sometimes forget that they are in a Distribution List which retains their old address. Is there any way to force DLs to update their data from Contacts? Even when I do remember I cannot find anyway to update an individual entry in the DL other than to remove the members and then add them back in. Surely there must be some better way to vaildate and update addresses in a DL that I cannot find? I am using Outlook 2007 in Vista Ultimate 32 bit.
