Default Viewing Summary of Responses from Voting Buttons

I recently ran into an issue where a user sent an email to several
different recipients. All recipients replied with their answer. The
user was able to click on the Status Bar and view the summary of
responses except for two. On these two, instead of the bar stating,
"click here to view summary of responses...", it stated, "click here
to search for all related messages". Any clue as to why this happened,
how to fix it, etc....? Thanks in advance.

which version do you use?

Make sure to OPEN each reply. Look in Sent Items at vote email and the
tracking TAB.

The versions are XP (2002). The user is opening each reply and attempting to
click on "click here to view summary of responses", but nothing happens.

Well, the mystery has been solved. For some reason the emails that the
user was having problems with coincidentally and mysteriously was not
in the sent items folder. You and an MS KB article stated this would
cause problems to occur. Thanks for the help!
