Change default to NO cover page?
Every time I use Microsoft's "Send Fax Wizard" I get to the part where it
asks if I want to use a cover page, and it has already selected Yes as a default. I never want to use their cover page, so I always have to manually un-check that box. Is there some way I can change the Fax Wizard's default to NOT send a cover page?

No. The Send Fax Wizard is designed to send your message on a cover page.
