Does EarthLink offer an option to export to CSV (Comma Separated Values)
text file? If so, then OE can import that.

Fyi if archiving...

"Earthlink Web Mail can export your list of contacts to a "comma
separated value" file that can be read by many other applications, such
as Microsoft Excel. To export your address book, click the Export
Address Book link in your Web Mail Preferences."
Logon to Earthlink web interface with username and pw
Click on Preferences(lower left)
Click Export Address book
Click Save in the File Download dialog box
- the default name is AddressBook.csv
Choose the Desktop or a folder on the machine
Click Save
