duplicate address book entry in other user address book. Sharing n
Just converted from using webmail to OE6. When importing CSV to one user
addresses appear in other user address book. Help please.

Within a single Window logon, all OE Identities share a single WAB file.
That WAB file has a shared contacts section visible to all identities plus each identity gets a private section. You can also have folders within the WAB which I think are visible to all identities.
