I'm affraid so, Michael.
I think I'll switch to XNews, there one can specify a folder for attachments, if needed even a different one for each subscribed NG. XNews also supports YEnc, another benefit over OE. And the best of all: it's free. Bye for now. Steven "Michael Santovec" schreef in bericht ... I'm guessing these are HTML messages with embedded images. If you set Tools, Options, Read, Read All Messages in Plain Text, that will treat the images as attachments and the File, Save Attachments will be enabled. But the images won't display automatically. So that may be more bother than it is worth for you. -- Mike - http://pages.prodigy.net/michael_santovec/techhelp.htm "ikke" wrote in message ... I'm affraid that's not an option Michael, Save Attachments is greyed out. Right-click/Save As is availlable, but unfortunately suffers from anmesia between sessions... Thanks for responding, Steven "Michael Santovec" schreef in bericht ... Instead of using Right click, Save Picture, use File, Save Attachments. That should remember the last folder that you saved to. |
