Resolving OE6 error code MSOE.dll not loaded
I reinstalled WXP Pro, successfully but when opening OE 6, I encountered an
error message box saying the MSOE.dll was not found. OE and address book will not open. I can't find information pertaining to this specific problem although I do see info for upgrading from OE 4 & 5 to 6 which does not pertain in this case. I reinstalled WXP over the previous installation. All programs are in place and functioning except for Outlook Express and the address book. IE works fine. Firewall and Symantic AV programs are functioning fine. I used the resource CD to reinstall. Perhaps the reinstallation was not successful for OE. Not sure on how to proceed. Any answer is welcome.
