I am using the calendar in Outlook 2007 and would like to set up an automatic
formatting filter to change the color of appointments based on text in the subject line, and I cannot get it to work. (I have set up other automatic formatting filters that are working correctly.) Here is what I am doing: While on the calendar in "day" view, I right click on a time slot, then left click on "Automatic Formatting." Click "Add," then in the properties of "Selected Rule," I type in the name and choose a color. Then I click "Condition" and on the "Appointments and Meetings" tab, I type in the words I want it to look for the "Search for the word(s)" box and search "In" the "subject field only" Thanks for any assistance! |
