How to organize many overlaping categories and search.

To creat categories and sub categories. To be able to group similar types of
business or contacts under one main category and divide into seperate groups
or categories below the main.

folders and contacts did not copy from outlook express to outlook

Thanks, I was able to import the contact names. I was hoping that it would
bring in email messages within the folders.

Thanks Milly. Yes, the machine where the input was being done is running
Outlook 2000. The machine that was receiving the shared contacts is running

I have one pc running Outlook 2000. The Contacts folder is set-up to be
shared with one of the emails on the Contact list. That second pc which
should receive the contacts is running Outlook 2003...

However, since I'm pretty busy and not all that comfortable with the .pst
file, and not yet having wangdong's post, I elected to have my local geek

I used the "Search" function but still didn't find a file with the .pst
extension.

When I do find it, do I then just replace the new .pst (empty) with the
backup .pst??
